All orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch. Giftorakart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors. Giftorakart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect customer details.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited and not guaranteed. Refunds will only be considered in cases of wrong product delivery or damaged products reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, personal preference, minor variations, or delivery delays. Approved refunds may be processed as store credit or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in exceptional cases approved by our support team. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and may be borne by the customer. Giftorakart reserves the right to reject any return request.
